1. Product Description & Pricing
- We take all reasonable care to ensure that every description, specification and price published on our website, social media stores, live‑commerce streams and any other Urna Bahari access point (“Access Points”) is accurate and up‑to‑date at the moment the information is entered into our system.
- Despite those efforts, data entry or system errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to (a) reconfirm your order at the correct price or (b) cancel it for a full refund.
- All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable SST, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges (if any) will be added at checkout and clearly displayed before you confirm payment.
2. Colours, Images & Fabric Variations
- Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. We photograph each tudung in natural and studio lighting, but the colour you see will depend on your device’s display settings.
- Minor variations in colour tone, weave and songket motif placement may occur from piece to piece due to the artisanal nature of our fabrics. These variations are not considered defects.
- Accessories (inner caps, pins, brooches, etc.) shown in styling images are sold separately unless expressly stated.
3. Sales & Promotions
- Promotional mechanics (discount codes, bundle pricing, PWP, happy‑hour deals, etc.) change from time to time and are valid only for the period, channel and region expressly stated.
- Unless we specify otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Urna Bahari reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice if circumstances beyond our reasonable control make such action necessary.
Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love every Urna Bahari purchase. If something is not quite right, please read the guidelines below.

Shipping costs | • Change‑of‑mind returns: customer pays return postage (trackable service recommended). • Defect / wrong item: Urna Bahari will reimburse reasonable return postage once the defect is verified. | |
Refund or exchange | • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the item. • You may request an exchange for a different colour or product of equal value (subject to stock). | |
